Terms of Use

Last updated: 1 May 2026

By using Saccho, you agree to these terms. They're written in plain language because we think that's more honest than legalese.

1. Who Can Use Saccho

Anyone can read reviews on Saccho. To submit a review, you must be a current or former student of the school you are reviewing. You must be at least 13 years old to use this platform.

2. Honest Reviews Only

By submitting a review, you confirm that:

Submitting a fake or paid review is a violation of these terms and will result in removal of the review and a permanent ban from the platform.

3. Content You Submit

You retain ownership of the review you write. By submitting it, you grant Saccho a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, modify for formatting purposes, and remove your review. We will not sell your review content to third parties.

You are responsible for what you write. Do not include content that is defamatory, abusive, or that violates another person's privacy. See our Review Guidelines for specifics.

4. What Saccho Is Not

5. Schools and Institutions

Schools listed on Saccho do not have the ability to edit, suppress, or remove reviews simply because they disagree with them. Schools may contact us to report a review that violates our guidelines — in which case it will be reviewed by a human moderator.

Schools may not contact, identify, or take action against a reviewer based on information obtained from Saccho. Any attempt to do so will result in the school being flagged on the platform.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to remove any review or ban any user who violates these terms. Decisions about removal are made by human moderators, not automated systems.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. If we make significant changes, we'll post a notice on the Saccho homepage for at least 30 days. Continued use after that period constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
